Lorraine Chavez – Paralegal
Lorraine joined the Giddens & Gatton team in late 2016. She is a Paralegal with a career spanning over thirty years. Lorraine’s duties include case research, drafting and electronically filing pleadings, and, most importantly, meeting with and assisting clients. Lorraine’s greatest joy is spending time with her family.
Rachael Landau – Paralegal
Rachael joined Giddens & Gatton Law in 2022. In her role as Paralegal, she advances the legal endeavors of the firm’s three attorneys in the Civil Law practice areas of Bankruptcy, Credit and Debtor Representation, Business & Corporate, and Real Estate.
Rachael’s paralegal skills are sharpened by more than 20 years of business communications experience. She graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and earned a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Boston University. Recently she completed a Post Degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies, with the Highest Honors, through Central New Mexico Community College.
Rachael is married and has three amazing children. In her spare time, she cooks, gardens, and photographs people and places around her.
Denise DeBlassie-Gallegos – Office Manager
Denise manages the business functions as well as the overall operations of the office and has worked in the legal field for most of her career. She is an enthusiastic professional with extensive work experience in the areas of Financial, Human Resources, Systems, Operational and Practice Management.
Denise’s passion and dedication is in helping and contributing in the firm’s continued success. As she is a driven professional with a no-nonsense approach, Denise exceeds Work/Life balance expectations in achieving and insuring her professional and personal goals are met. Hard work and dedicated service go into everything Denise does.
Suzan Tipton – Client Relations Specialist
Suzan joined Giddens + Gatton Law in 2022. She loves her position as Client Relations Specialist, where she helps current and potential clients feel welcomed and comfortable.
Originally from New Mexico, Suzan spent the early part of her career in the Los Angeles area, working in high-end men’s clothing sales while also building a career as a musician. She sings country pop … and was recently voted one of the “top 5 vocalists” in Albuquerque the Magazine!
In 1997, Suzan moved back to New Mexico to take care of her mother and has since worked in the legal field for more than 20 years. An avid tennis player, she was captain of the team at Tanoan Country Club that went to nationals twice.
