H. Jesse Jacobus III has joined the Law Office of George “Dave” Giddens, P.C. as an associate. He will focus his practice primarily in the areas of personal injury, insurance and bad faith, employment, construction law, commercial disputes and workers’ compensation.
A practicing attorney since 2005, Mr. Jacobus was formerly a shareholder in the litigation department of Modrall-Sperling. In that role, he successfully litigated cases in the areas of torts, professional liability, construction law, class action, product liability, employment, workers’ compensation, real estate and contract disputes.
From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Jacobus was a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge James L. Wechsler.
A rising star in his profession, Mr. Jacobus was named a Future Litigation Star for 2013 in Benchmark Litigation, the Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys. He was also named a Southwest Rising Star in 2012 by Super Lawyers and received the AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for ethical and legal standards in the profession.
He received his law degree from the Chicago Kent College of Law in 2003 and a
bachelor of business administration from the University of New Mexico in 2000.
